The fact that more and more motor yachts are registered at the Dutch Ship Registry whether or not they are mortgaged, has prompted us to have the financial settlement of all our sales handled by RijksBredius Notary in Bussum - Holland. Buyers pay the purchase price into the notary's third-party account. After the notary has carried out the necessary checks (Kadaster registration, mortgages etc.), the notary pays out the purchase price, minus the agreed commission and any costs. If the buyer wishes, the notary can also assist with the registration of the motor yacht, the deed of transfer and the execution of the mortgage deed. Of course, it is also possible to have the financial settlement of our sales handled by our Stichting Derdengelden Dolman Yachting (Escrow account). This is all at the discretion of the seller and buyer. A familiar idea that your interests will be looked after in the best possible way. No fuss, but boating pleasure.
